Built on the still visible foundations of a XVIII th century castle destroyed after the second world war, Mazeraies has adopted a determinedly contemporary look which re-designs the original plans of the ancient castle. You will fall under the charm and the tranquillity of this batisse which harmoniously links tradition and modernity.

Once the wrought iron door is crossed, a path of trees leads you home where a wing is dedicated to the hosts. Bathed by the sweet Touraine light, the new batisse is situated in the middle of a park aproximately 10 acres wide where immense hundred year-old cedars and sequoias bloom, surrounded by a multicolored carpet of cyclamens at the end of the summer.
